I am ready to say GOODBYE WEEKEND, and hello week. I find it so much easier for me to eat and workout better durning the week days. Not for sure why!?! Any one else like that?
I blew it big time on Father's Day. TOO much traveling and food....
My week goals are to:
1)Eat smaller portions.
2)Drink lots of water and stay away from soft drinks.
3)Workout atleast 20 mins a day Monday through Friday.
4)And for once get my house clean and keep it clean....or atleast picked up.
